Within a 10-minute walk to JR & Osaka Metro Bentencho Station, which offers excellent access to Kansai Airport, Kyoto, and central Osaka. Most tourist spots, including USJ, can be reached directly or with one transfer.
The neighborhood is very quiet at night, while the station area is well developed with many restaurants and shopping malls. Convenience stores and supermarkets are within a 3-minute walk, and there are many dining options around the station.
There is no free parking space, but there are many coin parking lots nearby. The nearest JR & Osaka Metro Bentencho Station is a 6–10 minute walk.
