Private villa with a sauna. This is a private villa with its own sauna, a 6-minute drive from Rusutsu Resort, where you can enjoy winter sports in winter and amusement parks and summer activities in summer. It takes 90–120 minutes by bus or car from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport to Rusutsu Resort. For guests arriving by bus, we provide a free shuttle between Rusutsu Resort and our property, so please use it. The fewest number of guests we've hosted is 2, and the most is 12. Immediately to the left of the entrance is a drying room where you can dry snow-wet equipment such as skis and snowboards. If you open the door to the right of the drying room, you'll find a bedroom with two double beds. Next to that bedroom is a toilet. Open the next door and you'll find a dressing area with a large washbasin and a bathroom. The bathroom is stocked with POLA shampoo & treatment and body soap, and the dressing area is equipped with a ReFa hair dryer and two types of hair irons. There is also a washing machine, making the property ideal for long stays. Outside the bathroom there is a sauna room. The sauna is available on an exclusive-use basis, so families, couples, and other groups can enjoy the sauna in private without disturbance. The sauna's initial setting temperature is 110°C; with this setting the room temperature will be about 85°C–90°C. Please adjust to your preference. The room next to the stairs is a bedroom with two double beds. The room beyond that is the master room with two double beds and a toilet. Upstairs on the second floor there is a spacious living & dining area, kitchen, and toilet. In the living room you can relax on the large sofa and enjoy a quiet time. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) for your use. The door next to the stairs opens to a terrace with expansive natural views. We can also arrange private chef services, dinner delivery, and BBQ. Available services vary by season, so please inquire in advance. A floor plan is included in the photos, so please check it.
