Rusutsu's first private villa with a sauna. This private villa with an exclusive sauna is a 4-minute drive from Rusutsu Resort — enjoy winter sports in winter and the amusement park and summer activities in summer. It takes 90–120 minutes by bus or car from Sapporo or New Chitose Airport to Rusutsu Resort. Guests arriving by bus: we offer free shuttle service between Rusutsu Resort and the property, so please use it. There are several convenience stores and restaurants around Rusutsu Resort, a 4-minute drive away. - 3 bedrooms and an LDK (living/dining/kitchen) space - 4 minutes by car to convenience stores and the restaurant area - Free shuttle to our affiliated yakiniku restaurant "牛牛" for dinner - Fully equipped cooking utensils - Entire property is private - In-room dinner service available - Stress-free self check-in system - Free washing machine (with dryer function; free laundry detergent included) - Well-stocked amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, slippers, toothbrushes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, razor) - Japanese, English, Chinese available - High-speed WiFi - Free parking The spacious 3LDK 120 m² unit. To date, the smallest group has been 2 guests, the largest 6 guests. Enter the front door; opening the door to the left is a bedroom with two single beds. Next to that bedroom is a toilet. To the right of the entrance is a drying room where you can dry wet gear such as skis and snowboards. Next door is a changing area with a large sink and the bathroom. The bathroom is stocked with POLA shampoo & treatment and body soap; in the changing area we provide a ReFa hair dryer and two types of hair irons. Beyond the washroom door is the private sauna. To deliver an authentic sauna experience we use a HARVIA stove imported from Finland. As the sauna is reserved entirely for your private use, families and couples can enjoy it without interruption. Further inside is a spacious living & dining area and kitchen. From the living room you can enjoy expansive natural views and relax in quiet surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) for your use. Upstairs, behind the left and right doors are bedrooms each with two single beds. The door between the two bedrooms is a toilet. Next to the toilet there is also a shower room. Please check the photos for the floor plan.
