It is a 4-minute walk to Osaka Metro Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station. From Yuhigaoka Station it takes 8 minutes by Osaka Metro to Namba Station, and about 60 minutes to Kansai Airport. The popular Tennoji area—home to Abeno Harukas, Tennoji Zoo, and Tsutenkaku—is one station away and about a 15-minute walk. Access to major attractions such as Umeda, Kyoto, Tennoji, and Kuromon Market is also excellent.

The unit is a spacious 5LLDDKK layout. Entering from the 3rd-floor entrance, to the right are the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with a tatami space beyond.

The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner IH stove, a built-in oven, and a dishwasher, and comes with cookware and basic seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil). Cooking for large groups is easy. There is also a wine cellar, a pantry, and a family-size refrigerator.

You can enjoy meals at the six-person dining table, and relax in the living area with a low table and TV. The tatami area is prepared with four futons. The living room also has a balcony with a wonderful view of the Yuhigaoka neighborhood.

To the left of the entrance is a toilet, and beyond that is the first bedroom with two queen beds. The room opposite can be used as a private gym, with a full-wall mirror ideal for training. Next to it is a spacious changing area with two sinks and a drum washer. In addition, you can relax in a bathroom with a mist sauna.

Up the stairs inside the living room, the master room is on the right. It features a large sofa, a large TV, and two queen beds, as well as a mini kitchen, toilet, sink, and bath within the room. To the left of the stairs is the second bedroom with one queen bed, the third bedroom with one queen bed, the fourth bedroom with two double beds, and the fifth bedroom with two double beds. There are also two toilets and two shower rooms, as well as a changing area with a drum washer and sink.

The property can accommodate up to 24 guests, making it an excellent choice for groups, families, and large numbers of travelers. This spacious accommodation allows for stress-free long stays and a truly luxurious experience.
