One condominium unit was designed by a well-known interior coordinator. It is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to Nankai & Osaka Metro Tengachaya Station. Namba Station is two stops (about 5 minutes) by Nankai Line, and Kansai Airport is a direct 35-minute ride without transfers.

Tengachaya is an up-and-coming neighborhood that retains the nostalgic Showa-era streetscape while new restaurants and shops continue to open.

This is a designer room. So far the smallest group has been 2 people and the largest 7 people.

After entering the entrance, on the left is the unit-type toilet and bathroom.

Straight ahead is the living & dining kitchen. You can eat at the low table or relax on the sofa and watch TV. The sofa bed can accommodate one person.

In the kitchen, basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) are available for your use.

Adjacent is a Japanese-style room with one double bed and one futon that can sleep up to 3 people, and next to that is a Japanese-style room with three futons that can sleep up to 3 people.

The beds use Simmons, a global bedding manufacturer.
