This is a whole 2LDK, 80 m² apartment (maisonette) for private rental.

It’s a 5-minute walk to JR/Osaka Metro Tennoji Station. Namba Station is 5 minutes by Metro, and Kansai Airport is a direct 55-minute train ride. JR also provides direct connections to major tourist destinations such as USJ and Kyoto. Located in the center of the Tennoji area, famous for Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai, the property offers two-way access via JR and Osaka Metro, making it an ideal base for sightseeing in Osaka.

Although it’s close to a bustling area with many restaurants and shops, it’s in a residential neighborhood so noise is not a concern.

This is a spacious 2LDK, 80 m² maisonette. You’ll have the whole unit to yourselves with no shared spaces with other guests. It can accommodate up to 10 people, so it’s recommended for multiple groups or families.

So far, the fewest guests we've hosted is 2 and the most is 10. Even with 2–3 guests, you can comfortably use the entire place.

◆The rooms

Upon entering, along the hallway you’ll find the washroom, bathroom and toilet. The washing machine is located in the washroom.

When you enter the main area, the kitchen is on the right and stairs lead down to the basement. Basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) are available for your use.

At the back is a bedroom with two double beds. The balcony is furnished with a garden table set.

Going down to the basement, there is a living room with a sofa and a large TV, and beyond that a bedroom with three double beds.

Famous paintings are displayed on the walls, so you can also enjoy the space like a gallery.

Under the TV there are popular Japanese game consoles (mini Famicom & Super Famicom) installed for your enjoyment during your stay.
